Return and Refund Policy
We are committed to satisfying our customers with the products ordered from our website. Our return policy is simple, flexible, and customer-friendly. We will resolve issues as much as we can.
We try to resolve the issues as soon as we can and we welcome returns and replacements on the following terms:

Wrong Product: If a wrong product has been dispatched to you and in case a product does not match the item Order by the Customer (Unboxing Video Required).

Manufacturing Defect: If there is a manufacturing defect on the received product (Video Required).

Damaged Condition: If the product is received in a damaged condition (Unboxing Video Required). Please note that an unboxing video is essential to confirm the product\s were damaged during packaging and/or transit. Products damaged due to mishandling at the customer’s end are not applicable for any refund or replacement.

For returns, the following conditions apply:

Cancellation:We believe in 100% customer satisfaction. In case you wish to cancel an order due to any reason, please write to us at namaste@poojalok.com within 12 hours of ordering and we will be happy to assist you. This will help us to avoid the effort and cost involved in dispatch transactions and you will also save on shipping charges.

Breakage:
In case of breakage or any in-transit damage found while unboxing, please send an unboxing video of the product within 12 hours of delivery to our email at namaste@poojalok.com. The needful shall be done at the earliest. -
Wrong product:
In the unlikely event of receiving a product different than you ordered, you must reach out to us with an unboxing video at namaste@poojalok.com within 24 hours of receiving the product. You may return the product unused, and in the same (unused) condition as you have received it, in its original packaging along with original contents (with all accessories) for a refund or an exchange, within 24 hours from the date on which these goods are delivered.
Please refer to FAQs and/or use the chat option in cases of cancellation, damaged product received, and wrong product received.

In case of returns excluding the above three reasons, we will refund you the amount of the bought product minus the freight or shipping cost.

Only product Cost will be refunded after deducting shipping cost. Read below for further details on the international orders.

After the refund has been initiated as per the Returns Policy, the refund amount is expected to be reflected in the customer account as per the following timelines:
Online Refund – 7 to 10 working days post refund initiation, depending on your bank partner
Please note that Poojalok initiates the refund upon the successful return of the item to the designated warehouse and after the returned item has successfully passed the quality check. Therefore, the refund initiation time may vary with the time taken by the courier partner to deliver the product to the respective warehouse. In case of any refund discrepancies, the company may at its sole discretion, request you to share a screenshot of your Bank/CC statement for documentation on the deduction and accounting purposes.
